General

What’s the difference between a class and a workshop?
Classes are ongoing groups that meet to make, create, and learn specific skill sets, i.e: Knitting & Crochet, Embroidery. You are welcome to bring your projects to classes or choose from the kits we provide. Ongoing commitment is expected.

Workshops are events where a specific project is done by everybody. Workshops vary from 1hour to a series of sessions to create the chosen project.

Getting to us

Where can I park?
There is plenty of street parking on Johns Lane and Udys Road.
We encourage you to use street parking instead of in front of the laundry, as it is for short-term parking.

If you’re using public transport, consider stopping after the intersection for an easy, safe crossing.

Are you wheelchair-accessible-friendly?
We don’t have a specific parking space, but arrangements can be made — drop us a line.

These informal groups are a great way to meet like-minded people.

What happens if I have to cancel/miss a class?
Please let us know in advance if you have to miss a class, as then we can offer your place to someone else.

Classes can be made up during the year as long as they are made up on a day that isn’t your regular class , by prior arrangement.
